In this video in our series dedicated to learning more about iOS 7, we present the new Calendar app.
The heavy graphics of the old style calendars is just a memory with iOS 7. The new Calendar interface is almost ethereal, with subtle graphics and clean fonts.

To add an appointment, tap the “+” button. The organization of this section is virtually identical to that of iOS 6. To switch from the ‘Today’ view to a view of the current month, just tap the name of the month. To return to ‘Today’, you have to manually select the date on the calendar.
In the Inbox tab, you can find the events you’ve been invited to, while the search button shows you all of your appointments in chronological order. From the Calendars tab, you can manage the various calendars that you’ve created and choose whether you want to display more events, like the birthdays of your contacts.
