Developer 2K China announced earlier this month that Bioshock would be coming to iOS. Well the game is ready is will be available to download tonight for $15 in the App Store.

While the port of Bioshock remains almost completely faithful to the original game, it has downgraded graphics to make the game run smoothly. 2K also designed the game for touch, but you’ll want to play the game with a Bluetooth controller.

The seven year old game is frequently on sale on Steam, and provides a much better experience, provided your computer can run the game. If not, playing the game on your iPhone or iPad won’t be too bad if you can put up with the clunky touch controls or buying a gamepad.

As you can expect, only newer iOS devices will be able to run this graphically intensive game. You will be able to run the game if you have an iPhone 5, iPhone 5c, iPhone 5s, iPad fourth gen, iPad mini 2 or an iPad Air.

The game is expected to land in the App Store at 11PM ET tonight.
