We are back again to provide you with five app to enrich your weekend as recommended by our Softonic experts.

Not all of this week’s choices area going to be good for the weekend. Our first app, Snap Me Up (And), in an alarm clock that demands you take a selfie before it will stop ringing. Maybe test it out on Monday

There two very different games in this week’s mix. Axiom Verge (Win|Mac) is a game inspired by the 8-bit platform classics of the 80s, perfectly replicating their look and feel with a little modern polish to streamline the whole experience. The other end of this scale is an expansion to a parody game GoatZ (Win|Mac|iOS|And) – this DLC for Goat Simulator continues the wonky fun of the original but adds zombies.

We also look at Microsoft Hyperlapse (Win|WP|And), a video app that lets you stabilize your videos. It’s fun stuff, as it matches frames to create hyperlapse footage that makes sure even your shakiest home movies look stylish.

Last up is the augmented reality app Phind (iOS). This lets you take photos of buildings and landmarks around you, then uses the image and GPS to tell you what you are looking at. Tie in a few extra services and the functionality gets even more impressive, offering you information about the building, the area, and even letting you book a car using Uber (iOS|And).

That’s it for this week, be sure to subscribe to stay up to date with all the best apps.
