It looks like Microsoft has just gone and broken one of its most important promises it made to users. Although the company promised that all Lumia Windows Phone 8 devices would be upgraded to Windows 10, they’re going back on their word and have now said that this is not the case. Microsoft is now launching Lumia Windows 10 Mobile this week, in which time it has also revealed that certain devices such as the Lumia 920 and Lumia 1020 models will not receive be receiving an upgrade.

It’s not the fact that Windows users are angry that some of their devices will not be able to support the new OS, it’s more about the fact that have yet again, not been able to keep their word, and is not delivering what it intially promised.
