This is where to see your favorite Google Doodle again

As well as being lots of fun, Google Doodle’s are the internet giants way of tipping their cap to some of history’s luminaries. The people or events that have lit up the world or changed the course of mankind. I have a personal ambition (whether it is deluded or not, I don’t know) that one day they’ll honor me with a Doodle. This is not so much on over exaggerated view of my achievements now but more of something to aspire towards. If I am to be immortalized on Google’s home page I’ll have to achieve something truly monumental.

“But wait!” I hear you say. “Immortalized, I thought google Doodles were changing all the time.

Well of course, you are not wrong. Google Doodles change all the time and often they honor the anniversary of some current or historic event. Sometimes they change every day and you could be forgiven for thinking that they are gone forever once the next one comes along. That, however, is not the case.

If you go along here you’ll find that Google has a special place where it stores all of its old doodles for future generations to gaze upon. As well as showing you the doodle and giving the information returned for the search phrase connected to it you’ll also be able to see where each doodle was shown around the world.

The site is pretty cool and there are plenty of cool doodles for you to find that you’ll have no doubt missed. It even goes all the way back to the very first Google doodle created Google founders Larry Page and Sergey Brin all the way back in 1998 when they wanted to tell the world they were going to Burning Man in Nevada.
