Microsoft have just released the second beta version of Windows Live Messenger and is now available in more than 35 languages with several bug fixes. Other improvements of note are that it can now be installed with several additional products such as Writer, Mail, Photo Gallery, Toolbar and Family Safety.
However, many disgruntled users are already complaining that installation is both cumbersome and slow with servers severly overloaded. The new beta 2 version still does not include support for x64 XP Pro which also hasn’t gone down well with the messaging community.
